In 2007 Founder and CEO, Pete Scahill, was engaged by a global company to lead a total organizational transformation post acquisition from a foreign entity. Pete was able to uncover years of internal operational processes that needed to be re-engineered along with Policies, Practices, and Standards to achieve expectations and revenue growth of both companies' corporate goals. This included operational Process re-engineering, Six Sigma implementation, technology upgrades, departmental reorganization, resource alignment & upskilling, Executive transparency and a cultural transformation.
Once the transformation was completed in 2009, the company saw a 20% decrease in resource waste, a solid increase in global customer satisfaction (17%), strong employee retention, and sales revenue increase of 20% year over year.
