As a Strategy and Operations Efficiency advocate and enthusiast, I have a keen eye for looking at operations from a 100,000 foot view all the way down to a 1 foot view. Developing and implementing strategies and solutions that are holistic and organization-wide, with little disruption in business performance or processes. Bay State Strategic Solutions is highly experienced in untangling complex issues, connecting dots that no one else can see and boiling it all down into easily consumable changes, that make a remarkable difference in overall internal operations.

Having spent my career mastering a variety of roles in many industries with increasing responsibilities, this gives me and my partners a unique way to view operations holistically, develop strategies, and implement solutions that are unique to your needs and visions.

Starting my first business in the hospitality industry at the age of 20 through launching successful startups and being an executive partner for multinational companies, my focus has been to learn as much as possible about overall operations to allow me to advise and work with companies bringing a fresh perspective that challenges the status quo.

I have always sought out the most efficient and cost effective ways to improve processes, implement holistic changes, create a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement at all levels, build processes that work for the business and not the other way around, continually train/coach/mentor all levels of the organization, as well as provide sustainable solutions for business operations both internally and externally.

My career has spanned 25 years, covering most of the United States & International Companies holding key high level positions in planning and implementing various projects.
